Mersman Table 7377 from the 1950s. Upcycled and refinished with Odie’s Oil.
Mid Century clean lines with a drawer and shelf.
This piece was a thrift store find from November, 2025. I disassembled it and gave it a through cleaning with citrus degreaser. The top, shelf, and drawer was removed and stripped with QCS. I sanded the legs and aprons by hand and with a random orbital sander. The piece was re-stained with Minwax Special Walnut Oil Stain and a top coat of Odie’s Oil was used.
This table now has new life and is ready to grace an entry way or offer service as a night stand.
Legs and Apron - Solid Wood with no veneer.
Shelf and Top - Pressed Wood Substrate and Original Mahogany Veneer
Drawer and Drawerfront - Solid Wood and Original Mahogany Veneer ad Hardware. New Contact Paper Liner.
The top right, front corner of the piece has been repaired with wood epoxy It is unstained and could be touched up with some paint if you chose to do so.
