Welcome to Lucky Man Upcycle and Restoration.

I am lucky to have you along on my wood and furniture upcycling journey.

My goal is simple: to give new life to worn, used, and discarded furniture. I specialize in pieces from the mid-20th century—particularly side and coffee tables, dressers, buffets, and storage cabinets.

For me, much of the fun is discovering what’s hidden beneath years of scratches, stains, dents, old finishes, and paint. Sometimes, underneath all of that, there’s gorgeous wood grain and craftsmanship just waiting to be uncovered.

My intent isn’t to return a piece to factory showroom condition. It’s to repair it, clean it up, bring out what made it interesting in the first place, and give it a few more years of life.

War wounds are celebrated here. They’re part of the story—the imperfections, accidents, use, and history that got a piece from Point A to Point B, and everything in between. I’d rather respect that history than erase every trace of it.

If that sounds like your kind of furniture, have a look through the gallery. Every finished piece you see is available for sale.

It’s good to have you here.
